Anisocytosis

Etymology:

Gr. ánisos: “unequal” (referring to unequal size in this sense) + Gr. kútos: “container, receptacle” (referring to a cell) + Gr. -ōsis: “state, abnormal condition, or action”

Definition:

Significant size variation (in other words, unequal sizes) of blood cells.
